Dizzying. Intoxicating darkness slowly unfolds. Engulfing my dim glow. Filling the silence with a hum, familiar to me. Whispering and comforting, like an old friend. Growing warmer as the air grows colder, memories boil through my pores. Tediously tearing at my mind, traces of transparent scars linger. Congealing through my body, it settles and thickens. The diluted color oozes, dissipating out of my being. Growing faint of heart, I embrace it like many times before.

Burn the sage, break through the ashes and reconcile the deeds that were done. Split open the healed wounds, as the blood runs down, and pools. Bleed into the pure white cloth untainted before, now stained. Carrying the red of guilt, weighing down, suffocating. Swallowing the tongue, reconcile what's been done.
